How quickly will you get back to me?
The same business day in almost every case. If you reach out over the weekend you will hear from us Monday morning.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The visit, the walkthrough and the written estimate cost you nothing, and there is no obligation afterwards.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
For interiors, yes, so we can see the rooms and talk through what you want. For exteriors we can often do most of it without you, but it is better if we can walk it together.
How long does the estimate visit take?
Usually thirty to sixty minutes depending on the size of the project. We would rather take the time and get the scope right than guess at it.
What should I have ready?
Nothing formal. A rough idea of which rooms or surfaces, and any colors or references you have saved. If you are not sure yet, that is fine, we can talk it through.
Do you do commercial work?
Our focus is residential. For smaller commercial projects it is worth a call, and if it is not a good fit we will tell you straight rather than waste your time.
